6 Die offene Werkstatt ist meistens der erste Kontaktpunkt mit unserem Verein, die Gäste kennen den Verein meistens nicht. Daher ist es im Grunde deine Aufgabe, den Gästen zu erklären was unser Verein ist und dann eine Führung durch die Räume zu machen.

8 * Du musst an dem Abend **ab ca. 18:50 Uhr da sein**
9 * Das Ende ist ca. 21:00 Uhr, wobei das Ende von dir bestimmt wird.
10 * Meistens werden noch andere Mitglieder anwesend sein, sodass ihr euch abwechseln könnt
11 * Wenn ihr einen Termin unfreiwillig doch nicht übernehmen könnt (beispielsweise wegen Krankheit), sagt uns bitte so früh wie möglich in Slack in #intern Bescheid, damit jemand einspringen kann
12 * Es gibt keine Erwartung oder gar Verpflichtung offene Werkstatt zu betreuen, nur weil ihr das schon mal gemacht habt

16 Im Prinzip geht es darum den Verein vorzustellen, was man bei uns machen kann, was man nicht machen kann und Fragen zu beantworten. Dafür gibt es ein **Merkblatt**, was auch vor Ort ausliegt (im Metallschrank neben dem Eingang).

22 ** Mitgliedsbeitrag, 24/7 Zugang zur Werkstatt, keine Pflichtstunden, Einweisungen, freiwillige Treffen/Workshops, Möglichkeiten mitzugestalten (gemeinsamen Bauprojekte, Einweiser, Beirat / Bereichsleitung)

24 ** Aufräumen und Reinigen von allem, was man verwendet hat, Melden von Schäden, mithelfen im "Haushalt" - Müll rausbringen und Absaugungen in Schuss halten
25 * Erklären, dass Einweisungen von ehrenamtlichen Helfern abhängen und dauern können. Tipp geben, erst zahlendes Mitglied zu werden, wenn man die nötigen Einweisungen fürs erste Projekt zusammen hat

29 Ebenfalls ist die offene Werkstatt dafür da, dass Leute an ihren Projekten arbeiten können. Gäste haben keine Token, gelegentlich kann also ein Gast mit der Bitte auf dich zukommen, eine Maschine freizuschalten. Das ist in Ordnung, dafür gibt es zwei Voraussetzungen:

31 * Die Person kann dir nachweisen, dass die Einweisung bestanden wurde (Profil der Homepage)
32 * Du hast die Einweisung selbst, sonst kannst du die Maschine nicht freischalten.

34 Davon unabhängig können Personen dann eigenständig an den Maschinen arbeiten

38 Es kommen gelegentlich auch Gäste vorbei, die einfach nur z.B. ein Brett zugeschnitten bekommen möchten. Fragt am besten, auf wen das zutrifft, denn manchmal trauen sich die Gäste nicht direkt, ihren Wunsch vorzutragen. Dann findet sich evtl. ein Maker, der das erledigen kann, so dass der Gast nicht bis zum Ende der Einführung warten muss.
